2 1896 Hand Drawn Hose Carts Souderton Borough brought two of these in 1896 and formed a paid fire
company. In 1901 the paid company was disbanded and Perseverance Volunteer Fire Company was formed, and they were given to them. One of them is housed in our museum. |

The 1910 Ladder wagon could be either hand or horse drawn. In 1946
the trustees were instructed to dispose of it. It was sold to a painter,
and we bought it back at a auction and restored it in 1976 |
